Mod metadata parser test files

These are fabric.mod.json and quilt.mod.json files used for testing the mod metadata parser.

There are two categories of files:

• Spec-compliant -> spec
  • Files in this category are compliant with the fabric.mod.json specification
• Error-checking -> error
  • Error checking files are not spec compliant and intentionally contain errors
